XTB.com is a broker that offers CFD trading on forex, stocks, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies. XTB Ltd (XTB UK) is licensed in Europe by the FCA regulatory authority, allowing it to legally offer its services to European citizens. There is no minimum deposit with the broker, so it is possible to trade with any amount. XTB has 13 offices in the world, moreover, it offers a full range of services.

XTB Trading platform

XTB offers two trading platforms – MT4 and xStation 5. The first mentioned platform – MT4 is very well known on the forex market and is used by the vast majority of traders both for opening trades and for analyzing the markets. The xStation 5, however, is not so well known, as it is a platform created by XTB broker. But, it also offers a pleasant environment, which also looks very modern.

Tradeable assets

The broker allows its traders to trade just over 2,000 trading assets. These consist of CFDs on stocks, forex pairs, indices, ETFs and cryptocurrencies. In addition, the broker also allows for the direct purchase of stocks and ETFs. Learn more about CFDs.

Forex – There are currently 49 forex pairs on offer. You can find many different pairs, for example some minor or exotic ones in addition to the classic most traded currency pairs such as EUR/USD, USD/JPY, or GBP/USD.
Shares – XTB offers shares from a total of 16 stock exchanges (including our Prague stock exchange). There are a total of 1,772 CFDs on shares and 2,357 shares available for direct purchase.
Indices – The broker allows you to speculate on the future development of 42 indices. Here you can find popular world indices such as the UK100, US500.
Commodities – There are 2 dozen commodities available for trading at XTB, including gold, oil and coffee.
Cryptocurrencies – There are 25 cryptocurrency pairs to trade (9 different cryptocurrencies that can be traded against either the US dollar or another cryptocurrency)
ETFs – XTB currently allows access to buy 194 ETFs directly and also to trade CFDs on 114 ETFs. These ETFs consist of the world’s most popular titles such as iShares, Lyxor, and Amundi.

Account types

XTB offers 2 types of accounts: standard and pro. These two accounts differ in the fees the broker charges for trading on the platform, but the rest of the offer is uniform. The main difference is that the standard account has slightly higher spreads, but unlike the pro account it has are no commissions (when trading CFD on forex pairs, indices and commodities).

XTB Review summary

XTB must comply with the strict regulatory guidelines of the FCA. The broker offers two trading platforms, one of which is the well-known MetaTrader 4 trading environment. In addition, the broker has a very nicely done education center where there are dozens, if not hundreds of educational materials.
